Can I return items?
Our customer service department must be contacted before any return is made to obtain the necessary returns reference. You have 14 days to notify us of an intended return from point of receipt and then an additional 14 days to return items.
Handling charge of 20% on all orders correctly executed. Carriage is non- refundable.
My goods are damaged
If the package looks damaged in any way you can refuse the delivery or sign for it unexamined.
